A new painting! Perhaps for International Women’s Day

Well, this piece started out with the intention of being entirely abstract/surreal… and what I’ve ended up with is something completely different! a representational, almost cubist random female portrait..  she just appeared out of the inked lines! – then I applied the watercolor – I had a hard time considering what to do with the color.. it’s the first time I’ve come back to proper watercolors in some time.. .
